John Thompson - Managing Director, QinetiQ Commerce Decisions

John Thompson was co-founder and Managing Director of Commerce Decisions prior to its acquisition by QinetiQ. Before setting up Commerce Decisions, John was a business manager at QSS, a software tools company and has previously held roles in software development, product management, and consulting for a number of leading organizations including Prime Computer, Xerox and the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA).

Steven Dey - Technology Director, QinetiQ Commerce Decisions

Steven Dey is Technology Director and co-founded Commerce Decisions prior to its acquisition by QinetiQ. Steven is the principal inventor of the AWARD product, and is a recognized authority on many aspects of strategic procurement, including proposal evaluation, requirements management and risk. With nearly 20 years industry experience, Steven is also an expert in software development and project management. Prior to joining Commerce Decisions, Steven worked for Research Machines, Risk Decisions and QSS.

Richard Dudley - Sales Director, QinetiQ Commerce Decisions

Richard Dudley is sales director for QinetiQ Commerce Decisions. Prior to joining QinetiQ Commerce Decisions, Richard was business development manager at QSS, responsible for commercial accounts in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. Prior to QSS he held a number of procurement related roles at the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency and the UK MOD's Procurement Executive.

Peter Marshall - Professional Services Director, QinetiQ Commerce Decisions

Peter Marshall is professional services manager, responsible for managing QinetiQ Commerce Decisions consultancy and training services and assisting QinetiQ Commerce Decisions' clients to deploy best-practice process and tool support on their procurement projects. Peter's expertise includes procurement strategy, RFX development, requirements management, planning and executing evaluations, negotiation and contractor de-briefing.

Chad Chandramohan - Director of Engineering and Operations, QinetiQ Commerce Decisions

Chad Chandramohan is responsible for the engineering and delivery of our software product, provision of secure hosted services and help desk services to our customer base and related operational processes within QinetiQ Commerce Decisions. Chad is a highly experienced software development and process manager having worked for nearly 20 years in a variety of customer facing and technology roles for software companies.
